numas SA becomes Allocare Data AG

Allocare Group bundles software and service offering under a single brand

Following the complete acquisition of numas SA by Allocare-Holding AG in 2021, the Group's entire range of services will now be consistently aligned under the Allocare umbrella brand. For this reason, numas SA will be renamed Allocare Data AG as of January 2024, but will continue to exist as a separate legal entity. With this step, the software company aims to offer its customers software, support and services relating to the management of financial and customer data from a single source even more consistently than before and to simplify communication.

Since the beginning of the year, the Swiss software manufacturer Allocare has a new head of development in its own ranks, Marco Röösli. As chief technology officer (CTO), he is a member of the executive board and will lead several software development teams, according to a Jan. 31, 2023, statement.
