About us
We are a Swiss software company. Over 40 software developers, business analysts, and financial experts work in both Altishofen (LU) and Zurich. Here professional, highly specialized teams develop innovative solutions around the proven Allocare AMS asset management software.
Emerging from our spin-off in 2001, the ownership structure of the majority of shares has changed several times since then. After a management buyout in January 2017, we are proud management holds 100% of the capital.
Our customer portfolio consists of over 50 customers, most of whom have been with us for many years, in various segments in Switzerland and abroad.
Our principles
We aim to remain one of the leading suppliers of asset and wealth management software in Switzerland. Continuous and innovative development of our product is therefore crucial. We intend to increase our market share in neighboring countries and build on our Swiss qualitiy approach to optimally meet the constantly growing regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
We want to be a consistent, reliable business partner for our customers. The focus is on close cooperation, even in difficult times and critical project situations.

The Development department is our flagship. More than half of our employees take care of the innovative further development of our solutions. This includes business analysts, SQL database specialists, application developers, report designers, and interface professionals.
