Scope of Application

This data privacy notice explains to users the nature, scope and purposes of the gathering and use of personal data by the provider responsible (Allocare AG, Kantonsstrasse 3, 6246 Altishofen) on this website.

Access Data / Server Log Files

The provider gathers data each time that this website is accessed (so-called server log files). The access data include:

Dealing with Personal Data

If you would like to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address from you, as well as information that allows us to check that you are the owner of the e-mail address given or that the owner of it is in agreement with receiving the newsletter. No further data is gathered. This data is only used to send the newsletter, and is not passed on to third parties. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we save your e-mail address and the date of subscription. You may revoke your consent to the storage of data, the e-mail address and the use of it for sending the newsletter. The revocation may be effected by sending us a notification, using any one of the above-mentioned contact options.

Integration of Services and Content of Third Parties

It may occur, that content of third parties, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this website. This always requires the providers of such content (hereinafter referred to as “third party providers”) to make use of the user’s IP address. For, without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for displaying such content. We endeavor to only use content, for which the respective providers only use the IP address to deliver said content. We do not, however, have any influence upon whether the third party providers save the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. In so far as we are aware of this, we make this clear to the users.
